What is the rated load capacity on the roof platform? I love the look and compatibility with my Yakima stuff, but can't find the capacity stated anywhere.

The Warrior Toyota Tacoma Roof Rack is incredibly stout. We generally suggest around 350-450 lbs. off-road and 750 lbs. on-road as a load capacity, but the rack itself can withstand much more than that. The actual roof of the Toyota Tacoma may not though, so we recommend staying within our suggested load limits.

Warrior also manufactures a similar platform-style roof rack for the Toyota FJ Cruiser and we like to tell people that we have had 5 (95 lbs. each) bumpers and an engineer on top of it with no problems at all.

Sweet! Thanks. I am anxious also to hear about clearance for the sharkfin antenna as I have one and am rather fond of my XM Satellite radio. I hope the rack alone unloaded does not significantly interfere with the satellite reception?

I will definitely confirm fitment of the sharkfin antenna in combination with the Warrior Roof Rack on 7/28 - 7/29 when the Toyota Tacoma is available for measuring. I'll be sure to post my findings here in this thread as soon as possible.

In terms of reception, I cannot say for sure as we do not have a sharkfin antenna to test for interference. I will run this up the chain of command and hopefully we can get one in to test. I'll keep you all posted.

Greatly appreciate the response. I have a 2015 DC with XM, so if you need a volunteer to test one.. :D

If you were local to Portland, OR we would love to have you volunteer! We are actually looking for a 2012 - 2015 Toyota Tacoma to test-fit the Warrior Front Bumper w/ Brush Guard & D-Ring Mounts on. To compensate the generous individual, we are offering 50% off the cost of the bumper. (Note: The bumper is completely bolt-on and will not prevent the re-installation of the stock bumper.)

Quoting myself here, but we will need additional time to confirm fitment of the sharkfin antenna in combination with the Warrior Platform Roof Rack. I will keep everyone updated on our findings.

Ugh... Subd for more money spending haha.

Good looking gear guys, once I'm up in Washington this winter I'll have to come check you guys out too. Do you make your bed rack for 6ft beds too?

    Thanks!

The Bed Rack was designed around the Short Bed, but will fit all bed sizes. On the long bed, for example, there is roughly 6" on either side of the rack (front and back). The bed rack can be mounted anywhere along the bed channels, so if you wanted to you could have roughly 12" on one side of the rack. We felt that this added customization provided more functionality to the consumer, especially if they have storage boxes.

Another pretty interesting feature, of which we really did not plan for, is that the Warrior Tacoma Bed Rack provides security to your truck bed. In the short bed model, by locking the tailgate you are completely enclosing anything that cannot pass through the crossbars of the rack.

Some flags and center console divider... lots of things on the wanted list.
Didn't have time to make it into the shop. Kind of disappointed. Maybe another time.
