I thought I would give Road Armor a little good publicity with all the bad stuff floating around the internet about RA not delivering on their product. I received my bumper a month from time of order and it had to be shipped to Canada which normally delays things quite a bit. As far as the bumper goes, my dad has been in auto body for 30 years and said that the bumper is very well built and the welds are very professionally done. I had it painted Silver Streak and am antsy to mount it up but I'm still waiting on my winch and fog lights before I can do that. I'd say the bumper weighs maybe a little over 100 pounds as I can lift it off the ground myself.

    Check it out

Ya, they have 40% off promotions on a regular basis so I waited for one to come up before I ordered. Otherwise yes, I agree they are expensive.

Looks beefy. What winch are you going with? I'm going to be selling my 3 month old Warn 9.5xp if you're interested.

Sorry man, I have a winch that should be showing up any day now. I went with the Smittybuilt XRC8 Comp Series (synthetic line). I know they aren't as good as Warn but it will only get used on occasion so I don't need a high end unit. I went with PIAA 510 SMR Xtreme White Fogs.

I'm sure they make a wicked product, but honestly, those bumpers do nothing for me on a ¼ ton. They make it look like it has a serious chin disorder.

Still curious to see it mounted but I'm partial to the All pro/ARB side of things.

What I do like is that you got it colour matched. Now that I think is kick ass. Congrats on the purchase regardless. :D
