image.jpg I discovered how capable my bone stock TRD is last weekend. Really appreciated the rear locker was on two opposing wheels coming back down.

Welcome, Got an pyrite mica in May. The only Thing I have done to mine is 265/75/16 Cooper discoverer tires.
Stock TRD Tacoma's are quite capable except for the tires. No need to spend a lot of money on mods till you find out what it will do.

The Bridgestones worked well aired down at 18-20 PSI. They only have 5,000 miles on though. Saving for the 3" lift and some 285-75-16's. The rocks were a wet slick shale and we crawled right up. Didn't get to try them in some deep mud the deepest we found was about 4". I love the Mica color don't see many around only one locally.

Gilbert OHV park on the Iron Range. There is one in Appleton MN also I am going to try that one in late September. We were there for about 6 hours on a Friday and so only one other truck. There was plenty for a bone stock truck but more if you have a lift and taller tire. We only saw about half of the trails.
