@sladesdaddy1022 , you had an extra grill I could borrow for measurements?

 

Looking for a 1st gen extra cab that I can take measurements off of real quick this afternoon or tomorrow afternoon. Like 5 minutes worth of measuring.

 

I saw your message, I couldnt find my tape measure.

I found one this morning, I can measure my sliders after work

 

Yea it's off a 2014? Is that what you need? I can measure it for you if that helps more?

I was referring to the people in communities like this not the state and or county. I would much rather live in a free state that the peoples republik of Kalifornistan.

 

Just curious why you don't move? Not trying to be a dick just curious why you would live somewhere you hate?

 

I need to take a few measurements for a grill. insert a customer has a deep satoshi for his 14 and I'm building a custom letter set for it.

 

I know that was not directed at me but I will answer too Good question and I don't assume anyone is a dick for asking one. Especially a good one like that. Family. I am here due to family and health. My only surviving family (besides wife and child) is my mother. She is ill and I want to be close. My health is also not the best at the moment so it makes it easier to stay. In time, I will likely move. But there are also causes here I wish to stay and fight for. I could vote with my feet but if everyone did that every time, who would be left to try and make change? It is all in the timing for me right now.

 

For 1 all my family is here but second is I can't afford to pick up and move and my ol lady is taking classes here in cali to become a nurse so once she gets her license here she can go anywhere in the US and find work because cali has the most strict medical practices but yes once she is done and I can afford to move and find work elsewhere I'll be in AZ or TX or alaska

 

Ok where do you in somewhere in san diego obviously we can meet up any time for you to grab measurements I have my front bumper off so makes it even easier to acess

Both explanations make sense, I'm surprised nursing school isn't cheaper outside CA but if she'd already started then I understand finishing the program and staying in CA till then.
I had a similar feeling living in Florida. First few years in school in Florida were fun but couldn't get out fast enough toward the end.

 

I forgot to mention too that she is also pregnant due in november and the fact that cali vehicle laws and regulations are shit along with their gun safety bull shit sucks ass I want to live somewhere where I actually feel free
