Agreed, but I will throw out that it really isn't OSU's fault the rest of the Big 10 is as good as D2 teams. Just sucks that OSU will be heralded as some amazing team, without really being tested. Although, they are returning like, every player from last year. They should be pretty dynamic.

I wish they'd be tested more, but they passed the tests they needed to last year. I strongly dislike Urban Meyer, but they're the champs until sombody beats them. I hope it happens and I hope it's Alabama.

As bad as I hate to say it I think that they have turned it up a bit. Meyer knows how to coach and having been in the SEC he knows what it's like and the kind of players to recruit, therefore building essentially an SEC team in pretty much a cupcake conference which gives them an advantage without taking the beating of playing through a tough SEC schedule.

I've had some of my UGA people say we should follow suite and schedule the easiest teams we can for our non conference games to give us the best chance to be undefeated come playoff time. I do understand the concept but it's boring to play cupcakes, I like having some good match ups through the year. With that said I'd hate to be an Ohio St fan because the regular season must be pretty boring with no or so few big rivalry games. But I do think they will be tough because of Meyer having been in the SEC.

That's what's great about being a Dawgs fan. Basically every SEC game is a rivalry game, no matter if it's in the East or the West lol

I like UGA at 9. I could see us being lower without an established QB, but...

We return 4/5 in the O line
Best 4 back stable in the nation
    Decent corps of wide receivers
Should be a very dynamic special teams unit with the Human Joystick
One of the best LB corps in the nation
Unproven, but should be Dominant d line
What should be an improved secondary

Not to mention it's the second year under Pruitt

    Did I mention Nick Chubb?

It's still UGA, so we'll fuck up somewhere we shouldn't. But I'm cautiously optimistic for this season.

It's known as "the Richt factor".

The UT game scares me. Especially if we were to beat Bama then have to go to Tenn. coming off from an emotional high. Spells disaster I'm afraid. Plus it's hard for us to win up there anyway.

I say to ANY team non SEC to come play a full year in our conference and you'll see how tough it is. Tough games just about every game in conference. I don't see that in other conferences. Oh wait, what conference is your team in btw?
