Nice I've loved the truss look since function 7 started using them on their honda control arms. I was planning to do my links similar, just had some brackets similar to that cut out for light bar mounts

Tig welding them would take forever. I pretty much only tig weld my own stuff these days. Nobody is gonna want to pay for 8 hours of welding on two parts

If I had time I would TIG them. Sit down in the evening, crack a beer and get comfortable. Here it is 10:15 and I'm just now shutting down the shop. I have a 50' walk to the shower and bed thankfully. Started my day at 530 this morning. I just can't figure out how to make the sun stay up for 8 hours longer each day.

I totally feel you. Ive been working 10 hour days at the day job trying to keep everyone's lights on in this heat and then heading to the shop for another 4 or 5. I wish my shop was that close. One day I'll have the money for that big steel building I want

20 ton press? I'm 6 for 6 with the pipe method. Just make sure you are hitting on another piece of steel.
