I'm looking to put a front bumper with a winch mount included, on my 2015 toyota tacoma . I live in Colorado and want to know if anyone knows of a good bumper retail store. Tham you.

Pelfreybilt and BruteForce Fab being two of the best IMO

Google US offroad. I believe they are 499 or 599. I think they look really nice someone in the FL bs thread installed one and said it looks great in person and was constructed very well.

Sweet, great job with the pictures. Thanks for sharing. I've got a 2015 too and I was wondering what the hell it looked like behind the bumper.

I have no use for a hidden winch mount as I have a plate bumper that gets used... a lot.

But I think they're a great idea for someone who wants/needs a winch and won't smash the front of their truck into rocks.

They do need to tie into the frame at more than just those three sorry stock bolts though. I've seen people try to winch off of those and pull their shit apart.
Do they have some sort of additional tie in to the frame?

Here is my truck installed with U.S. Offroad bumper. install was only a few hours and has great instructions. Even has tabs for light mounts which I'm about to order some to put on. Great customer service, emailed with a questions and replies were always quick. Very Satisfied with it.

Hey guys. I just moved to Fort Collins/Loveland area and also have the U.S. Offroad bumper. Anyone figure out how to mount up the front plate with that setup? I haven't found anything that keeps it away from the winch line. They told me at the DMV that front plates are required so I want to figure it out.

I really like how clean those look, but I'm with teamhypoxia in that I've already seen enough to know I want a bumper with more clearance than stock. It's just too easy to nose into something, be it a rock or the trail on a sharp dip.
They are required. I can't remember the fine and I'm too lazy to look up the CRS right now, though it's not huge. I had a coworker/roommate who didn't want to put holes in front of his Solaris and went several years without a problem. And I see trucks all the time without front plates. I'm not going to recommend not worrying about it, but to give you a few alternatives I've seen: mount it higher (ew), get an adapter holder thingy that fits into the fairlead (or replace the fairlead with one that has a plate mount built into it), mount it lower - as in at an angle on/against the skid (gray area, see it all the time but questionable if it meets the visibility requirements), or make the plate smaller - it doesn't have stickers in front so you fold it back on the top and bottom to just the height of the numbers and mount it that way. Just came back from Moab and saw a 4Runner that had replaced his front plate with a euro-style plate that matched his real CO plat numbers - don't think that's legal either but I think it'd be less of a problem than no plate (which is to say not much at all).
