    Intake temps for me on hwy have been 110, moving. I've hit 135-140 sitting. I just worry about the trans though. I'm wondering if a B&M trans cooler in addition to the stock cooler will help.

    I've been thinking the same. I learned that these trucks have a thermostat that controls flow into the cooler. I'm wondering if it quit on me. Im gonna try and replace that first. If that doesn't work I'm going with an added cooler. It already has an extra 4qt deep dish pan


    Truck lived. Won't let you off that easy!

    Okay guys today I put new rotors and pads on.
    Changed engine oil to full synthetic royal purple
    Changed transmittion oil to full synthetic
    Changed t-case oil (IT WAS LEAKING )
    Okay now that I did all that it LOOKS like the filler bolt for the transmittion is leaking (I didn't over fill it. It also looks like both bolts to the t-case are leaking??? Please help guys! spent $200 today on this and not sure what went wrong... Yes the bolts are tight. Not over bearing tight but tight. Also I put 5.5 qt in my 3.4 v6 and the dip stick still reads low... Confused on that one

    I can't remember if there are washers on the bolts to the t case. Similar to the one on the oil drain plug. As for the oil, if it's low, add till its full. I had the same issue with the transmission. It took more than what was listed for a drain and fill.

    It has 1 aluminum crush washer per bolt. I used the same ones it had on it.

    I'm at a loss, if the bolts are leaky, I'd check for debris or maybe a mared surface that allows a poor seal. Maybe replace the washers and/or the bolts in general. Maybe a little sealant of the appropriate type could help. Sorry man. Hope someone else chimes in to help.

    Fill plug on my front diff leaked a little. Took it out and used some thread sealant. No more issues.
