Is anyone experiencing vibrations when accelerating after installing the 1.5" AAL with the 5100s? I already had the 5100s set at 2.5" up front and didnt have any problems until I installed the rear AAL and 5100s.

I am. 1.5" AAL and 2.5" 5100s. Mine are from 5-10mph only. I haven't done anything about it because I'm not sure if it's detrimental to my truck or just annoying to me. There are many fixes on here though u gotta look around.

I am experiencing the same thing. I had the alignment looked at and they did tweak it a little but the vibration is still there. Interesting that it started when you put the AAL in because I was thinking that it might be the front. You might want to ask in the forum on how to install an AAL yourself. Can't plug in the link right now but a simple search should find it.

I didnt think I was going to have any problems with the rear after not experiencing any problems up front. All of the threads that I have been looking up talks about vibrations after installing the front billies. I havent found a good one to explain the rear aal. I dont think the vibrations would be from the shocks, It is more annoying than anything. Everytime I accelerate at about 5-15 mph I get that vibration.

So is it somethign I will just have to live with?

I mean I have a 1.5 inch AAL in the rear WITHOUT the TSB doen on mine and 1.75 lift in the front, with the Diff dropped and I have shims in the rear also..

My vibes are really, really small at about 5-10 mph, after that nothing and I have had the truck at varying speeds up to 75 MPH with nothing so it's just the 5-10 MPG very mild, if it ain't going to break something then I can live with it..
