Yeah, the sleep monitor is amazing. I couldn't get used to sleeping with a watch on, though, so I didn't get to use it a lot. It is pretty damn accurate though. It tracks deep sleep, light sleep, and restlessness and charts it all out for you.

It's a black Large Charge HR (6.2"-7.6" wrist) and I have the charging cord for it. $80

I think, since we helped you out with equipment, we should divide time with the medal monthly. I'll expect it in the mail sometime this week.

Refeed day today. It's gonna get weird. I've already had 32oz egg whites and a MP combat shake (trying to get rid of the shit) - I prefer drinking eggwhites over protein powders. McDonald's breakfast is up next. Then a nice brunch whenever my girlfriend decides to wake up. After that I'm thinking a few burgers and fries, or maybe this one spot in town that has all you can eat sushi. (It's gooooood and made to order - not a buffet, and yes - they definitely lose money on me.)

Before the nights over I'll probably do something silly like go get 6 cheeseburgers a large fry and and coke from McDonald's.

I don't really eat or lift. I just lie on here for lolz and to troll, because no one could afford to drink 2 liters of egg whites a day.

    Peasants!

It's all about the McGangBang (actual item)

The "McGangbang" burger is one of McDonald's most famous "secret menu" items. And for good reason! It combines two of the best items from the dollar menu into one perfect burger. Simply order a McDouble and a McChicken. The McChicken Sandwich is placed directly inside of the juicy McDouble, buns and all. So, for $2 you've created a huge tasty sandwich. How tasty does that sound? So, if a normal McDouble doesn't quite fill you up, take a chance by combining a McChicken and a McDouble from McDonalds Secret Menu to create your own McGangbang. In our opinion, the McGangBang is the best bang for your buck.
