    Done.... need some plastic polish to try and get some of the goo off the lens. the one wasn't so bad, but the other, the factory goo was all over the outside and made a mess...

    When I took them apart the last time, it was all over in the area where i started pulling the light apart. I didn't help it trying to take the light apart the first time - spread it some, and this time, think I spread it a little more :eek:

    was a PITA. i thought i could get to it from behind the ac controls but i couldnt see enough behind so i took the stereo out only to realize that the only opening below that is so small i cant fit my hand in it. i tried to figure out how to get the ac vents off to get a lil deeper but gave up on that.


    i ended up using a coat hanger and cut it in half and put two hooks on each piece. managed to shove one in from the top to 'pick up' the wires and then shoved one in the opening for the lighter and pulled it through. had a pain in the ass trying to shove it back into the opening though!

    Nope, no melting... my oven must be way off... some of the guys say 250* for 8 minutes and they come apart. I had 250* for 10 - 12 min to get them apart. But, they are done :yay:
