    It has been like 3 weeks today since i have had a smoke... I was wondering if anyone can tell me why since i have been awake since this morning i feel like i have smoked a whole pack..
    Guess this is for people who have quit smoking!!!!

    I know what you mean by the chest crave.
    I quit a month ago
    But I've been smoking since I was 12

    The best you could do is find a hobby, go shoot stuff, drive around and hang out with friends who DO NOT smoke.
    I repeat. DO NOT SMOKE.
    WIll power. Just tell yourself you won't do it.

    bin 9yrs for me and i still dream about it and wake up feeling like i just partied all night long and smoked a pack and a half. its weird, but it does get easier to resist. stick with it dude its prolly the tuffest thing you mite ever do. liquor is a great substitute:D(just kiddin?)

    neat at least one person on the face of the earth has heard of it. moved here like 3yrs ago but grew up here, used to live within walking distance of the great and powerful Carlisle PA Fairgrounds...anyone ever go to the shows there?? i went to the truck show and felt all kewl...til i got there and everyone else's truck was like, a damb monster truck lol

    i felt really kewl going in there...but then i was like the smallest. i did pick up a kewl dirty girl racing decal...it made me feel truly street-queenish. i prolly did see yours!

    anyways to the guy tryin to kick the nic....find a crap load of cig butts and put them in a jar about half full o' water and cap it tight...leave it sit overnight and then every time you want one take the cap off and breathe deep...its pretty gnarly smelling

    Hahaha, hes a great guy though, he gave me towel and a ride home. He told me he remembered almost the samething with his ex girlfriend back in the day. hahaha
    ..Thankfully he didnt know I was intoxicated. :D
