TRD cold air intake, Bilstein 5100's @ 2.5, Toytec 1.5" aal w/rear bilsteins. MBRP tip, Flowmaster Delta Flow 50 series, Toytec axle shims and carrier bearing drop.
so i jus installed 5100's on all four corners and set the fronts at 2.5" i also installed a 2" aal in the rear. I took it in and had it aligned but I am still getting a vibration i am not sure where its coming from but i think it may be the driveline. i feel it most when i am accelerating or slowing down. I was wondering if anyone on here has had this issue and what they did or had to do to fix it thanks.

After lift Vibration between 5-9 mph while accelerating:
Had it-freaked out-searched it-tried to fix it-accepted it was a nebulous prospect-gave up and currently live with it as do hundreds of million gazillion other lifted taco owners.

Probably your rear driveshaft. I had the same vibration, ended up taking the aal off. Vibration went away.

You can get some axel shims for the rear to correct the vibe IF its comming from the rear, and not the tires. You feel rear vibes in the seat.

The low speed vibration is usually driveline angle. Shims will adjust the angle hopefully in the correct direction. If it gets worse you may have put them in backwards.
If it is around 60 mph it tends to be tire ballance.

I just did the same set up man and have a vibration from 45-65ish, it's in the steering wheel bad. The crazy thing is, about 25% of the time the vibe is 100% gone.

I have seen a driveshaft coupling part of some sort on ebay sold from a guy who SWEARS that his part he's selling WILL 100% fix this vibe, I just am not going to take the chance.

Another thing is the tire balancing like stated above. I would rotate to see if it helped, but when I just put on the lift I did a fresh rotation also. So I might just deal with the vibe for a full 5,000 miles.

I had the same problems when I had my lift installed. It was the tires. They needed to be rebalanced. Shimming and vibrations are now gone.

So you're saying you had a shimmy that shook the steering wheel back and forth in your hands at certain speeds?

Yuppers.... as soon as I would hit about 50mph to 65mph. A tire rotation and rebalancing took care of it. I know mine were new tires, but they balanced them using different weights the 2nd time.

why is it when people get an aftermarket rear lift they get a vibe, most of the time, but the TSB springs don't cause this problem. Neither did the deavers on my old taco. The leaf springs should be designed to give the correct angle for the drive shaft

yeah I installed the toytec 1.5 AAL ( I do not have the TSB installed) and I also put the shims in while I had it apart..I have some small vibration, I might take the shims out and see if the vibe goes away..I only have 1.5 inches of lift!

I have a very slight vibration under hard acceleration in the PEDAL after installing TSB AAL from toytec. I did the front first, and it has it's own set of issues, going to correct with new UCA. the back is 39" high now, and it Vibrates a little.. stock tires, 5,000 miles on them. Going to try the Carrier Bearing Shims first, will let you know if it works for me.

I tried CB shims (1/4 inch) and I did not notice any difference. With my rear shims removed, it seems that the vibration moved to a different rpm/speed area, instead of the vibration at 5-10 mph, it now happens at 15-20 mph, same intensity which is really minor...??

sounds like you need to go the other way.. :) Take them off, no TSB, and how much lift in the back. Sounds like you should not need anything to me.. But I am not the expert.
