Right on dude! I run a route myself but I have 4 tech now under me. My brother and I started the business together so having a partner helps out a ton. It's a good business but I'm ready to cut my routes down and focus more on the building and disgning pools. Now that we are getting a lot of request to build pools as well.

Need help! I was driving home last night in my 200 tacoma 3.4 4x4 and i think my A/C belt shredded off and is now missing and at the same time the A/C stopped blowing cold air. The truck still runs perfect and the ac still blows a lot of air its just not cold anymore! is this a coincidence or are these 2 problemns directly related? Help please!!

definitely. the belt powers the compressor, which is what makes the air cold.

Okay thats what i was thinking just wanted a second opinion. I bought the new belt i just need to check and make sure the pulleys are still good and didn't seize causing the belt to shred because im not sure if it was a pulley or jus really old belts that have possibly never been replaced!

So I was looking under my truck to make sure my Ubolts will work with the new/used leafs I got over the weekend and while I was under there i noticed this. c0bd74db1ee10eabda540dfedd066e4f_907becd013a77e53e246102b515f8ba5e44b4153.jpg
Pretty sure that isn't suppose to be bent.. I wonder how much damage that is really doing to my truck with my leaf springs not doing jack sh** so glad I have some new ones to put on.

You bet they are! And toyota still wouldn't do anything about it. Oh well those. Can't rely on them to fix it.
Anyone in the market for some straight leaf springs. Haha

That's suppose to be bent like? Looks like there should be a small gap between the Frame and that strike plate. Idk anything so I believe you. Haha
