    What do you guys think this is? Installed a brand new flex hose from
    NAPA today. Maybe something from the hose? It just seems softer than the hose material. The radiator has only been on for a few miles (75?) because my other one got cracked. Any ideas? Thanks.

    And this is what it's on so you know it's a little abused.

    Inside... As in I just put the new return hose on filled her up, ran her for a few minutes and checked the level and there it was in the fill neck.

    Weather tech floor mats, fog light any time mod, derped front embelem, Pelfretbilt 3 hoop plate bumper, 10k warn xeon winch-s some leds, pelfreybilt roof rack, scs stealth series rims, wrangler authority tires, BAMF 96" bolt on sliders, BAMF dif skid, some dirt....
    My guess would be when the top n bottom of the radiator is assembled if there is a seal where it crimps together and some got shredded of in the crimping process...guessing tho

    Over the years I have occasionally found junk in the coolant. Pieces of silicone sealant and a random piece of soft plastic that I figured came from a heater core replacement project are two that come to mind. It took a long painful series of flush/backflush evolutions to purge all the silicone.
