Just a little depressed

Well, my Gpa passed away not too long ago. He passed on his '03 Tundra to my cousin.

Truck was in mint condition and only had maybe 60,000 miles on it. He up and trades it in on a car and some cash.

Just sad and depressing. It was a great truck...and it was my Gpa's truck. My cousin doesn't hold sentimental value with family things. Would have loved to have kept that thing.

Just had to vent.

 

Car people man. They just don't understand.

 

Haha yeah... All three of my cousins seem to have a lack of emotional input in life. I won't get into it.

Just bummed.

 

Go to the dealer, offer to buy it, play on their sympathy for favorable pricing.

They didn't give 'cuz as much for it as they claimed to, so start with a lower number.

 

Well, it's up in Placerville or Shingle Springs, CA. I'm in Guthrie, OK...

Sorry about your Gpa lanestaco. None of us are getting out of this alive. Still hurts though. I hope you feel better soon.

 

Thanks for the reply. I'm doing fine. I was able to get out there and see him the week before he died. I was on the drive home when I got the call. He was able to meet my wife and little boy. I'd probably feel worse if I wasn't able to say my good byes.

sounds like your gpa was a good man.

mine passed away 2 years ago from prostate cancer.
