Pittsburgh Tacoma 2015 Mall Crawler Build

I'm a first time Tacoma owner... new to the site... new to modding pickup trucks... and I'm building what you veterans would call "A Mall Crawler". I've owned the truck for 2 months and it has 2200 miles on it so far. So here it is... Please leave comments as to Likes/Dislikes... and anything that I HAVE to do... other than:

• Lift/Leveling Kit
• Wheels and Tires
• TRD Grille
• Stub Antenna
• 30" LED Off-Road Light - Like I won't use it "on-road"
• BedRug - I still get it dirty - don't worry... I just spend lots of time cleaning
• Pop n' Lock with Fob Feature
• Westin Step Bars
• Kn'N CAI
• TonnoPro Tri-fold

Nice ride and welcome to TW!!! This site will make you spend a ton of money and change your lift kit 2 or 3 times. Best of luck and great start to your build Time for some sliders, front and rear bumper, BHLM and debadge. Digging the 30" light bar.

Thanks Folks. I like it too. Now I'm going to begin to do some of the small mods.

The grille is a TRD pro grille I ordered off of eBay.

Ordered my skid plate and tow bracket yesterday. Tonight... Dome lights. Haha

 

Nice, bout an hour south of ya. Where u get that switch for your light bar?

They make several sizes so be mindful these dimensions are good.

 

I pulled this photo from the wizard net.

This looks like an 18. I run 17's with more sidewall because I wanted a better ride quality. But for the closeup, here you go.

 

So my skid plate is ordered.

Anyone know if you have to use the spacers added by the lift in order to line up the skid properly?

I should probably pose the question more broadly. But I'll ask you guys first.

 

Looks awesome! Might I suggest removing the emblems and the bed side sticker. Also some retro fit headlights would look incredible.
