    Roof rack light bar mounting:

Had to fab up custom mounts to the roof rack using 5/16" bolts, lock washers, and nylock nuts. Ran the 12 gauge wiring down the windshield and put a bead of black silicone to seal it in and retain a clean look. This SOB is bright as all get out. There's a good bit of glare on the hood but looking into making a fairing to reduce that. Fused to the Blue sea with a 30A fuse and relay.

Are the 63's mounted in the stock hangars?

No, I probably should have clarified that. I made a bastard pack using 63's. Kept the stock main leaf in the hangars and built the rest of the pack using 4 chevy leafs per side.

Did you get new UCAs and diff drop with the 5100 kit 886 coil overs?

I put Light Racing UCA's on when I did the lift. No diff drop.

I love the lift! What do you plan on doing with the holes in the front fenders?

Thanks! I've since cut the stock flares and applied door edge trim on the rough edge to give it a clean look. I'll get some pics tomorrow.

Added a set of full Budbuilt skids including the gas tank skid complements of @DaveEli and also installed a 42" LED light bar between the roof rack. Pics to come.

I ordered a 40" bar and am planning on installing it pretty much the same. Have been told there is bad glare from the hood? Just wondering if you get this glare?

Haha. I guess you answered my question above. Is the glare baad?

On a light colored truck like mine, the glare is pretty intense. I think with a fairing of some sort it wouldn't be so bad. With magnetic grey I don't think it'll be nearly as much of an issue than on white though.

Okay great, thanks! Like a wind fairing? Or like a windshield visor?

Yeah wind fairing or something of the like. Have to take some cardboard out and do some measurements.

Loaded up 30 bags of play sand to fill up a sand box yesterday and also had 5 bags of pea gravel in the bed. The OldManDoug bastard packs held up incredibly well considering 1,750lbs in the bed, steel front Pelfreybilt, sliders, IFS/mid skids, and me in the drivers seat hovering around 180lbs. Didn't touch the bumpstops at all and in fact still had a couple inches before getting close to them.
