We are a 3 week lead time from Fiberwerx. Its really hard to stock fiberglass due to its storage size and how fragile it is when sitting in a warehouse.

I had to wait 3+ weeks for both my front and rear orders from Glassworks. (I strongly suggest not buying from them)

    Seemed like a typical time.

Last quote I got was a little over 1k from Glassworks for front and back shipped to my door. Ouch. I've been hearing so much flak about them lately though that I'm starting to lean towards McNeil for flat tops and front....how's the Mcneil 3" glass with Camburg LT?

I must have had different luck with glassworks, other then them leaving me outside for 30 min before they answered the phone for a pick up they were great

I was confirmed the items were done days before I drove up there only to find out they weren't done.. and would be another few hours.. WTF.
Then waiting a few hours only to find out Tim tried to double charge my card and Amex catching the error to then having not a single piece fit my truck without total custom drilling, cutting and test fitting over and over..

I have nothing but a negative experience from it.

$700 shipped for just rears, which leaves me at over $900cad. Local shop quoted $850 I'll go with that unless find a better deal

I must have just got lucky, Tim from DMZ got my rears in a few weeks and I picked up the front within 2 weeks of ordering. I was surprised since multiple people here have had issues. Spoke with them a week or so back and they even say they have the rear bumper inserts in stock. I'm kinda waiting for my luck to run out but the fit is great. Since your not local I'd tend to agree with others and try someone else

If you get glassworks go through a shop that has leverage. Pretty sure they don't give two shits about people ordering direct from them.

What shops can get glassworks ordered faster? I've been waiting 3 months and been told 3 times it's been shipped. I'm almost ready to go elsewhere just because I don't want a liars product on my truck but nobody else has 6 inch buldges! Fuck just be real, tell me straight up I haven't gotten to it but don't fing lie!

None that you didn't order through. But ordering through any Offroad Shop where they know how to handle Tim and you'll get them much quicker.

Let's see glass was 1k, line-x the inside of the glass 250, bumper and cage so far 400, 2600 for TC kit, 1800 for front coilovers. The kit and coilovers where 15 percent off. I worked out a deal with a local dealer. Added misc steel for frame reinforcement 75.00. 250 for just the tundra axle housing (non abs). I still need all this stuff on the list. I'm pretty sure someone will point out something I missed. This hobby isn't cheap by any means. Good thing I'm doing 95 percent of the fab.

With glass being so expensive and, what seems to be , hard to come by has anyone ever tried to make their own? Glasswork really isn't that hard, but all I've found is garage work that turns out looking like turds glued on to fenders... :notsure:
