    I think that video would have been impressive if they went forward. He just reversed downhill to get out of sand...

    I've used all kinds of stuff under the tires to get out of stuck situations. From branches to a chain link fence... For sand, might be good to carry carpet remnants, or if you have a thick bed mat can use that too. Cheaper than max tracks and dual purpose!

    I don't know why this gets asked so often, I wonder if people have had junk sliders or maybe seen running boards crumble but any slider worth it's salt will allow you jack up your vehicle if install properly.

    Hey bud don't take it the wrong way. The great thing about forums is you can ask away and I don't mind helping where I can. I was genuinely wondering where the question comes from because it is asked often and sliders are designed to support the truck. I thought maybe someone saw some crappy bolt ons break or bend or misinformation gets passed around.
