Worked out at my girlfriends apartment "gym" today since I was staying over to be closer to work. Literally 3 treadmills, elliptical, a bike, chest/ shoulder press, leg extension/ hammy curl, and a cable tower. Today was back day and just used the cable tower for everything. Had to sit on the floor to do rows and pull downs lol. Wasn't to bad of a workout considering I mcgyver'd everything.

Sorry lol. FWIW... I struggled on 185 for 6 today on bench... I've got some weird shoulder issue, I blame it on that. I want a 315 someday. I'm coming for a 700 dead and a 550 squat. If I get those numbers (roughly 3 more years I am hoping) I'll be happy with what ever the fuck I can bench. Haha. (As long as it's 250 tho, gotta get that 1500 total lol)

    I just fucking want 1000.
getting there. squat's and bench's going up, just gotta get my DL back up after the races too

just bought a set of SBD wrist wraps to help my girly wrists on lo-bar squats and the bench

haven't maxed squats or DL in awhile, but I've upped the volume by a shit ton. If I can keep my bench gainz I should be there by the end of the year

then onwards to that 400 wilks

At least I've got you beat on bench :stirthepot: Jk, good work, man.

My #'s are at 1085 right now, but my goals are a 405 bench, 405 squat, and 495 deadlift (1305 lbs) Can't wait until after this wedding so I can go on my forever bulk :D

Summer is basically over. The times when I'm shirtless will be rare (other than when smashing...but we can turn the lights off). It's time to hit 175 lbs. this one might take a while.

"Reductions on ethyl methyl-2-benzoylacetate were carried out with L-Selectride, Superhydride, NaBH4 at both 23°C and -78°C, and with MnCl2 as a chelating agent to form diastereomers of ethyl 3-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-phenylpropanoate. Ethyl 3-hydroxy-2-methyl-3-phenylpropanoate was then reduced to 1-phenylbutane-1,2-diol and derivitized with dimethoxymethyl-benzene to form 1,3-dioxane, 5-methyl-2,4-diphenyl in order to derive coupling constants in 1D 1H NMR to differentiate between syn and antidiastereomers"

I remember these days, and then the biochem assays

good solid numbers there to work with,
a 405 bench is pretty badass man, i suspect you can toss more weight on the squat and especially DL to get that over all higher.

I hope so. My squat is my weakest lift. I've been working on getting my quads up to par, but it's hard to do on a cut. I'm trying to look like fucking Arnold by Christmas lol

Different scale than what I have...

I understand all the indications except "48.6%". What does that represent?

Cool cool. Mine puts muscle mass in pounds.

    Scale variations...

My bone mass is indicated ~6.9 lbs with 78 to 81 lbs of muscle mass. Even tho our weight (@ 152lbs) and height (@ 5'-9") are close our age (@ 50 & change) and BF (~13.5% indicated) are pretty far apart. I'm guessing my muscle mass indicated is either high or yours is low but, I'll buy to bone mass. 61 - 62% is my typical hydration. From looking at the pic you posted previously you have more muscle and look leaner than me.

    I'd kill for your BF%.
