I broke the bridges on the inside of my fenders where the fender clips attached so I couldn't use clips to hold the fenders on anymore. Picked up some grade 5 3/8s bolts and drilled out my flares. The bolts go through the flares and thread into the hole of my fenders where the clips went. No need for a nut to hold them in and I can remove the flares in about a minuet a piece.

I'm in this project about 8 bucks. It keeps my flares from popping off when I flex and it looks kinda cool lol

Should've bought the manual. The cup holders fit almost everything.

I am playing with the placement of my badges. What do you think??

This one I have the tacoma badge pushed away from the door edge and the Texas badge on the back door.

Not a fan of any, but if I had to pick, the bed looks the best.

Now that i have the pics side by side i like the one on the door edge better than the one pushed away. Maybe just too far away. May see what it looks like with smaller gaps.

I also feel like these badges are like tattoos.... You can have a nice tattoo but if its in a weird spot, it looks shitty. And even shitty tattoos look decent when they are in the right spot.

I would leave them off before i color matched them. But speaking of color match i want to color match my grill. Where is the best place to get color match paint?

Personally I'd say "TACOMA" in the factory spot, and the TX badge on the rear door like you did.

Woo hoo! I finally figured out how to get lights in back while hooking up/unhooking my trailer. I wired switched power to the back-up light circuit and now I can switch the lights on even while I use my keys to unlock the hitch lock and stow box on the trailer tongue.

Any pics or your switch install? That's an interesting mod. I was thinking of hooking lights into the hot wiring for the trailer plug.

Never been a huge fan of bed mats, I prefer something affixed to the bed. I honestly don't have a good reason for hating the bed mat lol.

A quick mod that I also installed on my old Ranger. A bit of super reflective tape, and you have a rear reflector that keeps people from running into the back of the truck. The best thing, no wiring required.
