    Whats up everyone!

First off I apologize if this is in the wrong section. If it is mods can you please move it. So Im seriously thinking about selling my truck and getting into something bigger. Im in Southern California so I don't know if the market is different or not. If someone can give me a ballpark figure of what you think I can realistically get for it.

Its a 2013 TRD Sport Double Cab Long Bed 4x4- Metallic Grey. I bought it brand new in August of 2013 and it has no accidents and nothing wrong mechanically. Super clean inside and out. Still looks brand new. It has 16000 miles on it.

    Upgrades:
Full Icon Suspension with Extended Coilovers and Rear shocks with Resi's.
    Dakar Leaf Pack
    17" Method Standard Wheels
    Nitto Terra-Grappler 285/70/17.
    Tacoma Bed Mat
    LED lighting in Bed
    Trailer Towing Package
30" LED light bar in lower Valance
2 10" Subs in Right rear storage area.
    Amp
    LED lights inside
    LED Reverse Lights
    LED License plate lights
Tail lights have been tinted professionally
Tint all the way around including windshield.
LED pods in Fog Light (not pictured)
All decals have been blacked out. (also not pictured)

Please don't ask about the financials. All that you need to know is that I am not going to in the negative if I accept Carmax's offer of 27,000.

I can upload more pics if needed but I think the description speaks for itself.

    Thanks

Aftermarket doesn't add to vehicle value.

You can put 8 thousand dollars into a 500 dollar truck, and it will turn into a 1000$ truck, lol..

I paid 27k for my 2012 TRD OR DCSB with 100k miles.

    If that helps..

I paid $27800 for my 2014 DCSB Off-Road 4x4 with 24000 miles. Hope that helps. I would ask around $31000 for your truck with the upgrades.

His best bet is to sell individually and totally forget about trading it in. You'll get more value out of your rig by selling locally, but it just takes time to find a buyer usually. If you're in a rush and can't wait to get a bigger setup, you'll have to kiss a few grand bye. You probably understand this already, but I'll go ahead and say it.

Return it to stock as best as possible and sell those aftermarket items separate from the truck. Like people are saying, aftermarket items don't add hardly any value compared to what they cost.

It's worth more stock than modded. Personally I dont want to buy something that someone else has added their own personally tastes to.

    Manual, or automatic?

    EDIT: Apparently automatic.

I personally would never buy a modded vehicle and I think a lot of people think the same way. Especially trucks that have been lifted or altered. Just to many reports out there of vehicles not riding correctly due too back yard mod jobs. Its very hard not to take a loss on a modified truck. I would use the NADA guide for a stock truck then slash your mods cost 50% and add that. That's a fair starting point. Good luck.

I agree regarding the mods. I won't purchase a lifted truck.

As a former Mechanic that specialized in toyotas, this thing was too good to pass up.

It has had every maintenance done on time and all through the dealer.

Cleanest Tacoma in my area, that isnt brand new, and during my check, I found some transmission codes. So I got the 30 day warranty, and within a few days the tranny went out, so they replaced it with a brand new one.

Now I have a brand new tranny on the truck and these engines will go forever.
