    Hello

I have a 2009 tocoma sr5 4x4. I was wondering if I can buy a temp gauge and and direction cluster and have it be as simple as plug and play. I pulled down my overhead panel today and noticed that there was a plug already in place for the modular. I also checked the front of the truck and I have to temp sensor already in place. I wounded why some model years have the display and some do not?

Any info on this topic would be much appreciated . Was going to buy the display off of ebay.

    Thank you
    Matt

I added the overhead display in my 09 SR5, simple plug n play.

It's not a model year thing (at least for that year). It's part of the TRD packages, so any '05-'11 TRD truck will have it. 2012+ are different.
