Finally got around to installing my bed lights from Matt Gecko... They are AWESOME! I would highly recommend everyone getting a set of these. Also installed a license plate bracket on my westin bull bar. Gonna need it when I move overseas and need to have a front plate.

Why did you remove the mud flaps? Just curious. I had removed mine on my 98 and I got all sorts of paint chips due to rocks bouncing up and hitting the painted areas.

Because they look like turds. I took of front and back. Unless you drive on gravel roads all the time, they are not necessary.

Yea I don't really like the looks of the stock ones thinking about leaving them off or trimming them to make them a little smaller.

Did the BHLM today. Everything went smooth until I pre-heated the oven for the second light, left the cardboard in, and came very close to burning down the house. Had to grab the flaming cardboard and run outside. House still smells like smoke...

Bought some LED lights from Princess Auto today. Now the question is, where do I put them?

I was thinking somewhere in the grill. What do you guys think? Maybe they should be behind the grill?

Took my TRD OR for a long drive through the mountains; through muddy wallows and over rough rocks. Must have gotten a little rough as somewhere along the trail I lost the trim from under the drivers' side headlight. I'll be trying to get whatever mud the rain doesn't remove (probably most of it) washed off tomorrow. We did see lots of deer, turkeys, and one grouse. Got the game cams set up on some elk trails which looked real active. Only 5 weeks 'til my archery hunt! Can't wait!

Lost a mud flap on a trip last weekend so I replaced the one remaining with some flexy flaps
