Cleats for tuck bed ?

Hey all this might be stupid question but I bought my Tacoma certified used from Toyota and just realized that there are no tie down cleats on the rails in the bed. We're these standard or an option you had to buy?

No problem thanks I was just wondering if they came with the truck originally or if the person before me had to order them when he bought it new ?

 

They might be located elsewhere on the truck, since they are so easily stolen on the rails. Maybe check the bed storage cubbies or under the rear seat storage.

 

Yeah my 2014 came with 2 per side

They come standard as a set of 4 with the truck. A 2015 certified used... I would ask the dealer to give them to you as it is a 2015 and certified used. The worst that could happen is he would say no. He could also say yes...

Look in the jack compartment under seat that is where mine were and still are.

 

I have a set of 4 .... $50.00 cash money or PayPal $5.00 plus $45.00 shipping (reasons for that).

Yeah I'm going to call tomorrow when my sells man comes in and ask for them hopefully it works and I looked all over the truck and they weren't there

 

A certified used truck should come with everything it came with from the factory. That includes the cleats.

If they don't hand over a set of four, drive your truck through the front window of the dealership. That'll get their attention.

Mine were in a plastic bag located underneath the drivers seat.

Check the bed compartments. If they aren't in any of the storage areas in the truck then I agree that they should just give you a set. Otherwise you can buy a set on the interwebs. After you drive through the front of the dealership, of course.

Cause PayPal doesn't take a cut on the shipping charges?

 

You can always rob some from a truck at the dealership. I mean, technically you paid for them
