Gotcha man, we just had an East side meet at Hot Rods so we had to throw up a North side meet this time. Montgomery's would be another good place for sure. The next meet I agreed with @GTABurnout we should do a run, so I'm shooting for October 10th Florence to Oracle Run with dinner after. Chiva falls would be a fun camp trip, we did that last year

Totally forgot about Hotrods too. And yeah chiva is awesome, or maybe a Mt. Lemonn trip this winter and feast up there?

I hosted a pretty big Mt Lemmon run couple years ago, would be another run to consider with maybe camping too. Not sure if you follow but check out this thread for our bigger AZ TW camp trips https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/jeepandrews-az-trail-runs-campouts.265528/

Thanks! I wasn't back in AZ back then probably. My truck isn't really set up quite yet for anything too crazy but my liver sure is, so I'm game!

To be honest, I'm not sure. I've never done it, but I've only seen some beefy Jeeps come up the back side

As far as the Mt Lemmon control road, I've seen a Buick boat car make it to the top along with some beamers, and a couple Honda crvs. It's only sketchy with some snow or severe monsoons

Ill also add that the control road has seasonal road closure from December 15 through March 1st

Yeah the jeeps that make it up are always fully loaded and have a ridiculous amount of cash in them

Missed this one, definitely down for some eastside action. I live close to the base of mt. Lemon so I'm always up for a lemon or chiva trip. I like running redington to San Manuel, over to Oracle and up the backside to the top of the lemon. Long but beautiful, stock or not.

The Gap is fun and beautiful, ran it through to Oracle and then up the control road and camped for an awesome overnight trip. Stock suspension with a spacer lift at the time, so you don't need a million dollars in your rig to make it through the gap. I didn't have any extra armor either.

Benson actually. But, I'm stationed at Fort Huachuca so naturally I get to experience SV on a daily basis.

Ironically I was up in Oro Valley today. Hit up Sir Vezas for happy hour and to watch some sports at the bar (I'm a bachelor for a few days while the wife is out-of-town on a business trip). That sasquatch burger @T4C0CH40S ... looks like it will do the same sort of damage on the way out as it does on the way in. :poking:

As for the rain...I love the monsoon season. Except when the thunder drives my dog bat sh!t crazy. I grew up in Oregon so I enjoy the liquid sunshine.
