Do you have to ask? Stefen would change every nut and bolt on this truck to orange if he could...
This is what he does! Sets him apart from the pack. He's like our own local Stefconbrix

Thanks. My Method Double Standard bolts are already rusted after a year. Some nice anodized bolts would be nice.

Hey man. Been cruising around checking out some of the builds that I really like and seeing what kind of gears they are running. I am regearing very soon as well as throwing a rear ARB locker in and I wanted to get some insight on your 4.88's. I'm having a little bit of a hard time deciding whether to go 4.56 or 4.88. I've asked a few others and have got some great feedback but thought it would be beneficial to get even more input. My scenario is I have 33's right now and plan on moving up to 35's once these tires wear out. I have bumpers, sliders, bedrack that are on all the time and an RTT and camping gear when I go on trips. I try to wheel maybe a 5 to 6 times a year. If I'm lucky a couple more times. Don't drive my truck for a DD to work, just around town when I'm home but I do like to take lengthy long mileage trips when I go camping. Sorry for rambling haha. Let me know your thoughts. Thanks man.

Honestly with your truck not being a DD, and the fact that you will be on 35s eventually I'd go with 4.88s. I DD my truck and I know since it is a truck, gas mileage isn't really important to me, it's going to suck regardless haha! I have only seen a jump of 300 RPM going 70-75mph with my new 4.88s vs the previous 4.56s. Gas mileage is still the same, but lately has gone down because the gained torque has really been fun ;) I know it will be even better in the dirt! With a long mileage trip the difference between the 2 is gunna be top end speed, although both will get you up into the 90mph range just fine lol... I do like to drive fast...

Again the gained torque really impressed me compared to the 4.56s, and even though I DD, this is the biggest reason why I'd suggest going with 4.88s  Cant wait to do some wheeling with them

Dude thanks Stefen. That's a big help. I appreciate your input. I have been trolling around on some other threads and builds and I'm coming to the conclusion that 4.88's are the way to go with the auto trans and 35's. Again I appreciate your input, very helpful. I'm sure I've said it before but I'll say it again. AWESOME truck man! You've done a great job!
