Yes, I was asking. Wasn't sure if you were testing the waters or jumped right in.
On another note, which step bars do you have? I've been wanting to get rid of my polished alum. and go with the Predators.

If the pics are on your device, you can just click "Upload a file" or you can upload them to your gallery and use the IMG codes to post the pics.

No write up or anything. Just used a 1-1/2" SCH40 pipe cut long enough to hold my fishing rods. The flare at the end was created by heating the PVC up with a heat gun and pushing it down on an empty beer bottle neck. Cut the slots with a dremel then drilled two holes on each side (one side larger than the other) to fit the screws through. For the plate, it was just a piece of flat stock that I had laying around and you do not need to use 1/4 plate for this. This thing was thrown together without measurements. Just eye-balled it.

Blacked out my badges today. Just food for thought... If you're using plastidip, put a light first coat on and let it dry before doing your second coat. Don't put it on thick like I did. It'll bubble up and you'll have to peel it off.

Check out Summit Racing, their rubber mat is made for Tacoma LB. Check to make sure but it should be a drop in fit. I bought one and had to trim it to fit my SB but it looks great. Has the cutouts for the rear d rings to. 69 bucks delivered. Manufacturer is Pro-Tecta, part number is 6964D

Some derp practice. Once I wash the truck and clean out the garage I'll tackle the rest of the emblems.

Today I painted my exhaust matte black with some high heat spray paint and I also painted my d-ring shackle gloss red. I will try and take some better pics tomorrow.

I just put power windows and cruise control on my 2007 reg cab. Also did the delay wiper mod. Don't realize how much you miss these things until you don't have them.

Started the separation of the face from the body:sawzall: of my Cobra 29 LX CB so I can finally get it installed. That is, I opened it up and then headed to mouser to order some connectors to make life easier once I actually start clipping wires. I actually don't think this will be too bad, but it will take several evenings, and I still haven't decided where I'm going to put the antenna.
