One can never have too many light bars.
I installed a 31'' Single Row light bar in my lower valence. I used the rigid mounts that bolt into the crash bar and cut out the lower valence and the fit looks pretty clean. I bought a cheap light bar off Amazon and the brand is "MicTuning" which I assume is a Chinese knock-off. I figured if it lasts two years it's cheaper to just replace the cheap one for 100 bucks rather than spend a ton of money on the high quality rigid one. My issue is that the rocker switch is too big and won't fit in the spot I want it. Before I buy a new one I want to know what size will work. It looks like the slot (between the traction control buttons) is a little smaller than the fog light switch above it. Anyone know the exact switch size I need or any recommendations?

Air on board makes switches designed to fit exactly in those spots. Just make sure whichever switch you choose is intended for your model year and is for the left of the steering wheel. The switches under the A/C controls are a different size.

OTTATTW switches will fit with a little trimming, maybe a picture of your switch would help as well?

I also just purchased a switch from MIC tuning and it doesn't fit, then I got a message from them in broken english saying they only make that size. What did you end up doing? Did you trim your dash for the switch or buy another one?

    Thanks

The one I purchased specifically said it was for the empty slot in front of the gear shifter. While searching on eBay, I did see them listed for left side of steering wheel. I can look for you and den you a link.

The one I ordered never specifically stated any location but I'll try in front of the shifter today.

It's no biggy on the link. I just wanted to know if you ever got it to fit anywhere or if you ended up returning it and getting a different switch.

    Thanks

I used a Mic Tuning Bar and the harness was some other brand. I bought a rocker switch separately. I think the rocker switch is supposed to fit next to the fog light switch but it's harder to get to that spot under the dash compared to the sopt next to the traction control.

I bought a relay/switch combo from MIC Tuning. The rocker switch is to big all around, so ill have to buy a Air on Board. For anyones future information do not buy the MICTuning switches they will not fit in our tacomas without cutting out part of your dash. So moral of the story AOB is what you need to buy stay away from MIC Tuning

Question is the AOB say left side but the switches do look different from top to bottom. Anyone know exactly where you can fit the AOB switches? I'm looking to add some myself.

My understanding is that all the switches left of the steering wheel are the same size. However, those switches are all a different size than those under the A/C so be sure to order the switch for the correct location.

They aren't different. They look different but all the switches on the left (2013) are actually the same size. I thought this same thing.

that's true but if you're adding anything other than a factory option then it's nice to have the additional details like Light Bar, Fogs, Rear Lights etc. they also illuminate so you can easily locate them at night. I agree it's a bit pricey but considering you'd only be buying it once I don't mind doing it right. And I wouldn't risk tearing my dash apart again to save a few bucks.
