Do you have a silver taco with black soft top? Saw someone leaving Pendola this AM.

Just moved to the 805, is there a decent offroad outfitters around here? I'm looking to add a RTT and maybe a rear bumper in the near future.

The ranger explained that hunters have not been seeing a lot of deer up near Big Caliente. This is because they've been shooting younger bucks every year and they don't get a chance to reproduce...Even the one the other campers brought in on Sunday was noticeably young.

Hope everyone had a good fiesta!

@inv3ctiv3 Saw you parked by Knapps castle Saturday. I was just a bit further up the road...

What do you mean by zoo? Tons of people, or are you talking about how trashed it is? There always seems to to workers up there, does that mean they are renovating it?

Spotted a pretty cool white land cruiser yesterday by my work in goleta. All expo'd out with what looked to be like the Jurassic Park logo on its doors. :notsure: good looking vehicle. Gave him the  and he actually waved back!

I've lucked out I guess cause everytime I've been up there, I've been the only one there. Although, I do try to plan it that way. Crowds of any kind aren't really my thing. They always seem to ruin the experience. The mid renovations does make it look like shit though!

Just want to say that it's awesome this thread exists....

So many memories revisited just by reading through the last couple dozen pages. All these places are my stomping grounds! I grew up on Paradise Rd off 154 in FS housing and lived in SB for a few years until moving to Tahoe in 2003. Wish this forum existed then!

We'll keep enjoying it for ya!

Side note: who here is going to Pismo this weekend? Would be neat to meet a few of you there at that camp out.
