Here is a clip. Sorry for the quality. First time using Youtube. Wasn't sure about the size of the file. I'll get some more vids outside the cab.

Sounds a bit ricey compared to my flowmaster? :notsure:

Could be just youtube or the fact that I'm boosted. I'm not sure if you are running a S/C. Thanks for posting either way.

Sounds smooth to me. Next time try with your windows up. Picked up a lot of wind circulation noise. It will be a tad quieter but should still be audible enough. @Justus made a very good exhaust video as a good point of reference for any one. Lots of perspectives.

Installed yesterday my spec U exhaust system and had exactly the same problem. My truck is a 4WD DC Long bed. And i've used the same solution. Cut 5 in. piece of pipe for the part between the 2 exhaust and weld at the same place. Also has a problem with a hanger that was to close from my Deaver leafpack (3in.).

I was a bit disapointed that this problem has not been adressed by URD cause never had bad experience in the past with Gadget and URD parts. I should say that the sound is amazing.

Lmmfao......... I bet it's stamped on his right palm so every time he makes a handshake deal, its null and void.

    Pretty sad huh?

He told me that if I drove to Maryland where they are base at he would look at it and fix. That's like a 6hr drive. I told him no. I have 2 small children and I'm not driving that far for something that I can fix myself.

Luckly I have all the tools to work with metal. So I cut and welded myself at my house. I just want a part that fits for the money I spent. I guess that's too much to ask!

I'm curious about what is causing there to be some obvious discrepancy between whichever DC LB they tested, and your two. Which would mean that there are there which would also have the problem.

Is it a year model difference perhaps, or something else?
