    I shoulda waited haha. Just noticed this thread. I just ordered a built 3rd member and clamshell with 4.88's and a rear ARB locker. For anyone considering going to 35's, Steven at ECGS recommended 4.88's to me and a lot of members on here that have 35's recommend the 4.88's. For me, I drive my wife's car to work during the week and then my truck during the weekends and on wheeling/camping trips. So I'm not overly concerned with great gas mileage. Apparently as long you keep your truck to around 65 mph on the highway you aren't gonna notice a huge loss in gas mileage. Just the conclusion I've come to after a lot of research and some great advice and opinions from some cool dudes on here.

    Yeah, you have time to get in on this. I was hoping to see @ECGS tech write up by now, which will help you figure out what you need.

    At this point Chase was saying they'll most likely provide a Link to a sale page. But they may post their own thread to. You do have more experience on TW than I.

    Yeah, the group buy is primarily for people who:
    1. Can install them their selves.
    2. Have local person they prefer working with.
    3. For someone who doesn't want to remove the 3rd or clamshell themselves and wants to bring their own parts to a shop.
    ECGS complete assemblies are a very good price and even with discounted parts will be hard to beat the value.

    I have 3.31 gears since it's 2wd manual. Would like a newer model 3.73 3rd member in the Los Angeles area...if you are considering doing the upgrade and want to off load your stock 3rd member for cheap...let me know. I'm one of the few that wants a stock V6 3rd member.

    A 3rd core is worth $500. So to get a deal you may need to trade. Also recommend putting your location on your profile so people now if your local or need to ship.
