In the 20 some years I've been here, I've seen a bear twice. And I'm in the woods almost everyday.

 

That way, when they taze him you can hold a protest or vigil or whatever and sell tshirts.

 

Easiest way I've found is to go hunting WITHOUT a bear tag. You'll see all kinds of them.

If you need to disappear them, buy a bear tag. Poof! No more bears.

Lol I've never seen a bear in the mountains. But my moms house I always seen a crap load of them, always getting into trash cans and garages. Saw a mountain lion a few months back at her place too, and fox and lots of deer. Our place has raccoons mainly and bear and deer.

 

We were camping at the entrance to Greenridge 4x4 trail and had a bear in our campsite two nights in a row. First night was our fault...got wasted and forgot to put coolers away. Second night the bear thought he was going to get just as lucky. I put my stuff in the truck, another guy I was with said that he wouldn't come back, I said "you're joking right?" But he didn't put his stuff away. That guy had no breakfast the following morning as his cooler was raided for everything but beer.
That's how we knew it was a bear and not a high school kid coming to steal our booze/food. The second night I was waiting and when I heard him rummaging around I started yellin and banging on stuff. It didn't faze him. Probably would have helped if I hadn't been doing from the INSIDE of my tent but I wasn't ready to rassle a bear in my skivvies.
Similar note- I saw a moose in the driveway of my cabin in red feather. My dog ran up to him and must have misjudged the size of the moose because he ran right back away when he got within 15ft of the moose lol.

Saw this and didn't know what to think.

 

So my mom has that hammer..im pretty sure a plumber took advantage of her by installing a pressure reg. on her sprinkler system anyway it didnt take care of the hammer.. This all started after her sprinkler guy change her system from manual to auto..He cant fix hammer.. any pointers that you can give me to look for @teamhypoxia..Thanks

I don't know why you'd want a pressure regulator on your sprinkler system unless you just had crazy high water pressure.
You could try a hammer arrestor. It should be installed vertically, inside the house and close to where the line for the sprinkler system exits the house.
