Feathers not rustled. In 22 years I was only shot toward, never at. Chow was always good, all my buildings, tents, and shelters were air conditioned, they paid for my schooling, and taught me skills that have me earning 6 figures now. Say whatever you want about us Chairborne Rangers, Wing Wipers, Zoomies, Blue Ballers, etc...we got treated GOOD!

Oh I know  I remember being on a Air Force base in Japan and hearing a few of the airmen complaining about the food, quality of life, choice of new duty stations. I had to LOL about those guys. We just came back out of the jungle after being in the field for several months with 90% humidity and nothing to eat but MREs or what was available in the jungle...... bird eating spiders, pit viper snakes that will chase you for several yards, and alll the other creepy crawling critters in the jungle.

BTW the Corps paid for all my skills and schooling too and I make 6 figures + ;)

A Hungarian client fed me cow brains , soup with cow tongues and eye balls. It was at lunch, she also gave me a saint poly girl dark beer, I said thank you and ate it. The beer made it tolerable.
