Alright guys, before I type a long, beer induced post.. I'd like to say I respect the opinions of most in this thread.. and hope to gain some valuable insight, opinions, and direction from you all.

that being said.. mind if I vent a bit, throw out some ideas I have had bouncing around regarding keeping my truck vs getting a 16? Been going back and forth for maybe a year or more.. It's the most difficult decision for me.. :pout:

    well, that's the obvious move..

But I'm in the process of trying to fix some things, improve on some things, etc.. so I need to figure it out, so I can stop wasting money, or keep going to fix the truck and get it to a point where I'm happy with it.

wish it was that easy. lol

there are so many things I would do differently. I'm older now, married, have a house and possibly a family in the future.. my needs have changed. I dont wheel much anymore (last weekend I went for the first time in idk how long). the truck is loud (in the process of taming it down), gets meh gas mileage, showing some wear, has a ton done to it that I dont NEED. I want simple, practical, and clean.

a fresh start would be ideal. I wouldnt touch the interior, drivetrain, no performance mods, no lights or grills, etc. I just want a basic truck thats a comfortable DD.

BUT.. I only owe 8k on it.. and have God knows how much into it..

FWIW...I'm taking a new Blazing Blue Pearl 2016 TRD Sport and making my dream rolling comic book homage. Plasti-dipped stripes on the lower front valence in red and white, TRD Super Soldier edition, Stark Industries builders logo, and I'm contemplating adding a bunch of small Hydra logos as kills on the driver's door. Looking into custom seat covers with red and white stripes sewn into the center insert and a blue upper & headrest with a big white star.

As storm troopers go, the 2016 would make one helluva bad shot taking blaster target. Add some vertical blue stripes on the lower front fenders, a giant Imperial logo across the back window, big black rims, and tint the shit out of them windows. Boom. Next, you roll up to the theater in December when Episode 7 comes out, park it on the sidewalk directly in front of the doors, and folks will think you're getting paid to promote the movie instead of parking illegally.

    Just sayin'.
