    Seems like there's a write up on this around here somewhere. Could be wrong. If you black out the pinch weld "panel" it causes the optical illusion of the truck being higher than it really is. Pretty cool though.

    This is what I was going to recommend. Or some rock sliders. Put some metal across there to protect the rocker panels and you'll never notice that 'blemish' again.

    BTW I painted the pinch weld on my truck about 5 years ago

    Keep in mind, those so called bolts appear to be black plastic push pin type fasteners.
