Love riding, though I prefer BMX bikes/trick bikes. Have a few of them including a couple of old school rides, wish I kept my old ones I had as a kid.

Sadly mine haven't gotten much use this summer. Been more important to care for my mother and do house projects..

I saw this thread and thought I post my stash. I’m down to 8 of each. Yes, original formula with the good stuff inside.

haha she's not overly-muscular, she's just super tone with low bodyfat.

x2. I follow her on Instagram and she puts up tons of workout videos :D

Most professional fitness chicks either are too muscular or really trashy looking, but she's got it going on.

Walked into my gym today while a guy was maxing out his DL. He was on 315 when I walked in. I was stretching and he walked over to me and told me if I needed the squat rack I could have it since he had already been over there for 20 minutes. I'm not sure what the point of that was. It's not like I couldn't already see you were trying to be the dominant gym member today. It was arm day for me so I told him not to worry about it. I'm fairly sure he's a high school or recent high school grad. I've seen him a few times. Spotted him on some stuff too.

Anyway - he was at 315, apparently 20 minutes into his max sesh. His next lift was 365 which he got fairly easily. For some reason he decided his next lift should go up 70lbs and he went for 435. He waited about 7 minutes before attempting after first getting his 2 (extremely less fit and strong) home boys set up with cameras rolling. He got it about half way and dropped it. Went and got straps and tried again (after about 5 minutes) and could barely move it. Tried twice. Fail fail...then went back down to 405 and got it once after failing once. It was weird. Took him almost my whole arm workout plus his apparent 20 minute head start to finish.

Then I remembered when I did spot him before it was on DB shoulder press and I had to actively help while he put up 40s. I can't deadlift 405 (not that I have ever tried) but I Arnold press 70s with ease. #priorities...
