    I believe you are right. I'm sure I've seen that is what is needed when installing a crawl box.

    If my understanding is correct:

    Its to tuck it up into the belly of the truck. If you look at a FJ tcase, its a funky shape.

    You don't want that hanging down. So you turn it.. Hence the body lift or BFH

    My doors are the only stock things left besides the headlights
    The fj case is basically the same dimension as the Tacoma case, putting a crawl box in there makes the case sit about 10" farther back and the tranny tunnel in the truck tapers right there so a little hammer work makes enough room, clocking the case is just a clearance thing

    I have done zero research outside of reading some banter and talking to some people. I know HomerTaco was going to do the install. I don't know of anyone else.
