This is post-workout today at 180 lbs. not where I'd want to be, but it's much better than where I started from. I wanted to be around 10% 6 weeks out from the wedding, but my lack of weekend self-control hindered me lol. I start law school next Monday, so at least I'll be forced to not party now, which will help tremendously in getting to as low a body fat as possible in the next 43 days. I'm thinking I can get below 10% in that time

    That helps too lol

My goal is to get as big as possible while maintaining a low bodyfat and staying healthy. There's no point in looking great if your blood pressure is high lol. My bp is around 110/70, but I really wanna start back doing HIIT and LISS after each workout to get it lower and get my cardio game where it should be.

Delts and pecs are starting to separate...good indication of getting lean, though the camera is blocking your midsection.

My midsection is always the very last thing to lean up. I know you can't spot-lose fat, but I do think my midsection holds more fat than the other areas of my body.

This is a big factor for me. I try to tell people, you realize there are body builders who are actually healthy and plenty who are closer to cardiac arrest than most obese people... I want to be legitimately healthy in every way possible, on top of looking great ha not just yoked and sickly as can be.

Side question: Do any of you track your Resting Heart Rate? I've pulled mine down from 64 for as long as I can remember to a consistent 63 and hope to keep doing so. It's a good thing to track. Kind of like MPG ha not the most important thing, but if it's off it's a good indicator something is wrong.

I'm hoping to get it down to the high 50s (another one of my goals).

Your HIIT should help with that.

Thats like right where u should be with regular BP. Mines stupid low like its 7pm im at work and just was 40bpm. True resting is taken as soon as you wake up, iv never taken mine then but id probably be in the 30s. Apperently mine is to the point my dr. says that i dont want it lower. Supposibly if i were to have a heart attack or something it would be harder to restart my heart, fuck them

You spend a lot of time on two wheels? Everyone who rides (and swims) has super low RHR ha.

Have you guys seen Frank Zane training Sadik Hadzovic? The similarities are pretty crazy, two of some of my favorite physiques.

I think that applies to fat loss in general

Yeah, I've been stuck at 180 for about a month now, due to hanging out on the lake every weekend and eating and drinking like shit.

From now until the wedding day, the only cheats I plan on having are at our shower next Saturday (keg, band, etc,), opening day of dove season/UGA's first game (always a huge party), and my bachelor party (Nashville for UGA v. Vandy). If I can stick to those being my only cheats, I'll be fine. I think with law school starting, I'm not going to have much of a choice though lol
