Yeah, I read there website and they promise everything but make sure to put at least on word like "should", "try", or "could" somewhere in the sentence so they can have deniability. It is a telemarketing scam basically selling you an over hyped service. They aren't looking for repeat business, they are just looking for a quick buck.

They are doing two things that are illegal though. They are promising they have a buyer when they don't, which if recorded could definitely be a winning case in court, and they say your money is a deposit. Deposits are in general refundable unless specifically stated to be non refundable.

I signed up because this is literally the only info I can find on these guys. They called me asking about the Mitsubishi Eclipse I am selling, my story is almost identical to everybody else on this board. When I started questioning them on whether they were legit or not, they got really defensive and told me that they dont feel like they have to be accredited by the Better Business Bureau because they use Visa for their transactions and because they send their contracts using Adobe... They then started to tell me that Adobe is a trusted company that made flash player (BTW I know what Adobe is), and how that adds to their legitimacy. This whole thing seems like a total scam and I would advise people to stay away.

I would stop just short (inches) of calling them a scam but they do make statements that are less than accurate. After 5 months trying to sell my car I was a little desperate and tried them, they called saying they had a buyer, all approved etc and at that point I would have taken less for my car. Then they wanted copies of my drivers license, and basically nothing but a posting service and hope for the best. I sold my car on my own, no help from them in the end but I would definitely say don't waste your money, use it to post more prominent ads.
