    Morning all,

Wondering if anyone has run into the same issue with an exhaust leak when using the URD Y-Pipe and the TRD Cat Back Exhaust. The current donut gasket doesn't seem to be large enough. Wondering if anyone has a part number or best place to purchase a new gasket.

You can try some copper silicone around the donut for a better seal. That solved mine, new gaskets didn't help, thinking about v-band flanges on every connection, leaks drive me nuts.

You could try tightening the bolts down on the flange some more if you already haven't?

I ordered a larger gasket as armyoffoo recommended, the bolts are tightened as much as possible, but have stops on them.

The sound didn't change much IMO, I got it just to open up the supercharger along with the URD intake. But then again, cant really hear much over the supercharger. It was fairly simple to install. I will reply once the new gasket comes in and see how it works out.

adding the catback really didn't do much other than make noise for me when I went to a 2 1/2" in 3" out system(before my current URD cat back). Changing to the Y-pipe made a noticeable difference in throttle response(not really a hp gainer), which would make sense being larger pipe, smoother bends, and you lose to restrictive Cats. Plus it brings the exhaust up above the crossmember level so it won't get smashed of off-roading. I got in some ruts a couple weeks ago and dragged my under armor for quite a ways and all I could think was, "man my stock exhaust would've got ripped off".
