Hey Bman4x5; any tips for cutting in the holes for LED's in the rear bumper?

I did mine a few months back.

Make sure where you are cutting behind you have clearance (learned that the hard way I had to modify my bumper mounts)

Other than that it's not to hard I would cut short an adjust the hole from there.

Cody is right...there is really only one area on each side that has sufficient clearance. Keep it simple and find that area:
    IMG_1487.jpg
I made a template for the holes I needed, then transferred the lines onto tape applied to the bumper. Use a cut-off disk on an angle grinder to make the cuts, and a step-bit to drill the mounting holes. The bumper is concave, so the pod doesn't sit perfectly flush. I used the template to cut rubber gaskets to fill the 1/8 inch gaps. That worked very well, and I bought 6 inch square sheets of rubber at Lowes. Two things I wish I had done differently: I sealed the edges with black silicone. Looked great until they got some dust on 'em. I would use paintable sealant and paint the edges after it cures. You can see on the pic how the mounting bolts are rusting. I should have painted those as soon as they went on. PM me if you need some help with this install!

If you are puTting these on your stock bumper you might as well relocate your tow connections.

Now I REALLY don't like the chrome grill
One advantage of an aluminum bumper: I was able to install it by myself without any problem.

The bumper weighs around 70 lbs, minus the 20 or so for the stock take off, so no real stress on the shocks.
