@BudMan at the top of the 1st page on the right "Thread Tools". You can change the title there.

Yeah I had the OME set up for 7 years (~120k miles IIRC). Did me well and got through a lot of stuff. Little did I know what I was missing out on lol. Now that I have Kings, wheeling is so much better. However, if I never had the OMEs, I wouldn't appreciate the Kings as much as I do now.

This is how I felt. Had a 5100 set up first and thought it ran well, then went Icon, then back to 5100/Eibach and then back to Fox. You wouldn't think so, but it's a huge difference. Nothing wrong with OME or the others at all, but if you have the coin, go for the full coilover.

This trip is still a maybe for me. Looking like I will have my 4runner still, but only if funds allow will I make it.

Well, the BSA Wilderness First Aid class I was going to be taking that weekend was cancelled. While that's a bummer, it means I'm free to make this trip. :woot:

It's still gathering dust in my shed. I'll bring it on this trip. Did you want the HID lights too?

You're fine to run Slick Rock as long as you don't mind the possibility of your front bumper getting scuffed. I ran it with only sliders and a front skid no problem.

Maybe I'll give it a try then. Whip up a front bumper before the trip to get some extra clearance

I'm gonna try to finish making my front bumper by then. I just have no skids. That's my main concern.

Do you still have factory skid up front? Was gonna say if you're going to make a bumper, why are you worried abut the stock one? Leave the factory bumper and skid, if you damage it, then you have a real reason to make a bumper! I don't have a High clearance on my rear yet.

If you haven't done it already, remove your sway bar.

other than that the only thing that might slow you down is if you don't have a locking rear.

Yes, I think most 1st gens Tacoma's came with hooks on the stock front bumper mounts.

    I could be wrong though
