Hey I traded the truck my wife loves for the LX.... She won't admit it but loves to drive it... She didn't even know I was doing it...

 

Exhaust is under the knife as we speak. Paint skids this afternoon, install tomorrow

 

Yeah she says she doesn't like something then changes her mind. Said it reminded her of a firetruck. I think firetrucks are cool...haha I don't plan on modding this one past what I've told her already. Simple 3" lift, 285's, projector headlights, softtopper and sliders. Just want it capable enough for the road out to the trails so I can still camp and cruise with you guys.

I think she would like it, but I have pointed them out in the color and she always goes bleh.

Same color...haha That's the part that cracks me up about it.

That's what I'm thinking, as she barely ever drives my truck now.

Heyy it's me! I was getting my tires rotated. LOVE Jay and Bills tire shop. Those guys are rad. Got me a great deal on my MTR's and I've been back a bunch since then. Just had my rims and tires mounted on my wife's LC there.

 

Do you have pics of the truck? if you put black wheels and a black softopper on any color truck it will look good. IMO

Nah none of that machine finish, I thought about some gunmetal or bronze.

Not sure if it's going to work though as I have to check it out tomorrow, but it's in Auburn and my wife is dealing with her friends mom passing away last night. Feel like a jerk asking to check out a truck at this time.

It's her best friends mom that she has known for 20 years. She has been there all week helping the family out, only coming home (if at all) at 1 am or later to sleep then heading back.

Same one, but I couldn't do anything about last weekend so I had to wait a few weeks. The more I look at it, the more I like the red.
