I love companies like that. DSM is the same way. Hate when you order a in stock item and wait a week for it so ship.

13.3k not a steal but not horrible. Would sell the shell and wheels and tires to bring the cost down.

Although just talked to the wife for the first time in 24 hours and she said she extremely with a passion hates the red and would not be happy. She said its my truck so do what I want but she will always hate it. Haha Well that solves that chapter of buying a truck. Rather wait for one she likes as it's hers as well.

No way! But I guess it depends on your wife's personality. I'm married to a very strong woman that is very opinionated. I'm a bit more kick back so it works.

What you do is to REALLY want the color that she doesn't want and then make sure that she knows you have compromised on the color to make her happy. That guarantees a green card for future mods.

Haha yeah she got very serious and said she hates the color. Sometimes she will just say it's not her favorite but looked at me straight in the eye and said she does not like it one bit and would be disappointed if I got it. Message loud and clear!

Direct is good. Most of the time I have to look it up in the Chick Dictionary to figure out what she really is saying and keep out of the dog house. Works most of the time but when I blow it, it's ugly.

I also have a 9 year old daughter that is becoming my interpreter. Seems to work even better.

Haha my 4 year old daughter is a mini me of my wife but I'm rubbing off on her. Navigating the two of them when they are grumpy is NOT fun, that's usually when I head out to the garage for some me time.
