Psh you buy mine you don't have to swap parts, just sell all of yours to finance it.

It's an uphill battle, just make sure you take any truck to a reputable mechanic (or two) that you know personally. Can't check a vehicle for defects enough mate! Best of luck with your truck search, we've all been there and done that and used purchases are always a bitch! All the best brotha:burnrubber:

I only know one guy, my girlfriends dad :anonymous:. I was hoping to take him to check it out with me, I'll ask him tmrw about it. Definitely not going to just hop on anything though, I'm kinda waiting for a green one to pop up :fingerscrossed:. Having to only look at dealerships makes it so much harder to find a good deal on a nice Tacoma. Probably not going to pull the trigger on anything until I get back from Jamaica :rasta: 9/20.

    Thanks bro!

Got rid of my 04 corolla xrs to get my truck. Really wish i had the money to keep both. Those xrs's were some fast fun cars and i liked that it was a 4 door.

First mod: unplugged this lil guy under the driver seat to get rid of the obnoxious seatbelt light on the dash blinking at me all the time for not wearing my seatbelt.

Imperial Jade ftw!! I found my truck at San Rafael Mitsubishi for 12k. They always have random trucks, keep an eye on their website.

Because where we live has the best economy in the country. An 1 bedroom apartment in my town is $1800. 2 bedroom houses are 400k minimum. Everything is more expensive.

Replaced my old Fabtech Coilovers with new Fox 2.0 coilovers. Also had rear 2.0's installed in the back.
The truck doesn't look much different now but I plan on adjusting the front higher and maybe adding a leaf. (any advice is greatly appreciated)
The difference in ride is unbelievable just on the streets. I will let you know how they work in the dirt!

Yeah it was in perfect shape. The lady that owned it didnt even know how to use the 4wd! Never seen dirt or been abused. I lucked out 212k miles when i bought it and aside from the brake booster everything has just been normal maintenance

Nice bro, that's pretty funny.. It's definitely making me consider checking out some higher mile tacomas.. So long as its running really good/smooth, engine looks super clean etc. I feel like after my last truck I will be able to detect the slightest/smallest vibrations haha..

    Anyone know if a Tcase from a 2.7 will fit a 3.4?
