Awesome! Didn't even consider leaving the quick connect. Can u just tell me what color wires you jumped to which terminal location on the new switch? And that should be it! Stoked to get it squared away, it's the little things. No worries on the time line of the info.

 

So the black and red to the middle terminal and the black and white to the terminal just below that

Photo dump from the weekend. Boy, it was a very busy and sweat filled weekend, but it was one of the most fun ones in a long time:

Pool has been sold and disassembled but oh how I wish we had it up and running as this was one of the hottest weekends all year!

Left for Badlands Saturday afternoon and on the way to meet up with my brother, saw these guys utilizing their truck as a ladder:



It's easy to forget how beautiful our country is and it's nice to stop and take it all in. On one of the many back roads of Indiana:





Took our time getting there made some stops and set up camp in the dark. I opened the tent up fully for the first time:







Found this little guy on the ARB awning and he was with us most of our time there (yes he actually stayed on the truck most of the time wheeling)

In this photo I'm on the right of the trail, but my brother went left. He made it and it was badass! Wish I took the left though! Redemption next time with video!



Met up with @bluewaters182 and picked these up!!





Brand new never used or installed!! Heck of a deal and got to meet a great TW member! Just frustrated we got separated!!

We didn't leave unscathed, however. The jeep caught a branch in its sidewall:



No big deal. Jacked the truck up and swapped in the spare. Good to go.

My brother got caught in a bad spot almost compromising body panels. Not to worry, Caitlyn performed a recovery utilizing a tree as a pivot point and him reversing to save him from mangling his new truck. Here is how close he was to bruises:



Could barely slide a hand in there

All in all it was a great weekend and I'm glad we are all ok and the rigs are unscathed.

sometimes I miss IL...but then I just look a picture of a corn field and some snow and I'm good for the next 6 month

 

Psh that's not all IL. We live in Chicago. But snow is the best especially for snowboarding

Did you guys take the trail to the right and go up those rock ledges? There's a pretty sweet series of rock ledges back there that are pretty gnarly.

 

I know where you are talking about. There was a group of Heeps there when we passed it. I also want to be better armored up before I try it. My first time to the badlands Mark did it and I fell in love with his truck

 

I did the one all the way on the right going up and down. We had to do a redneck engineering to rip off our friends muffler. Going down that right side was gnarly. Another thing I wish I got on film plus that one trail towards the left in the picture above. That was fun
