I loved hunting those raccoons with dogs when I was younger. Climb the tree, grab them by the tail and toss it to the dogs. Those dogs would tear up the coon.

I would wear 2 pair of welding gloves so I could reach into the den and grab the things. Their jaws are very strong, fucker bit thru both layers into my hand. Man that hurt. Good times.

Remind me to write up a few stories that happened to me. They require a keyboard, not this phone.

this was the scene as eric was checking to see if it was safe outside

No, lets leave the 80's as they lay. 90's were much better.

Long hot summer. Just finished up with the Pea harvest, 1/2 way thru the conventional corn gig(corn meal, corn biproducts, ect). Avoiding the fires has become a issue. 45 mile detours and now the scorched/barren spots are affected by nighttime wind,,which causes dustouts and closes freeways sections due to blowing dust/dirt. Dust drifts all over once it opens.

Honda car still around? How's the truck running?

    I'm here guys!!

Eric's doing some Civic work today. He sees that we need to replace the whole axle on the passenger side. It's OK though, it's not too much $.

And me? I finally tried using that wood burning tool I got a few weeks ago. So much fun!!! I love that thing. New addiction. We have about 5 billion new signs all around the house, like "Whiskey 25 cents" and "Dolly's Saloon" and all sorts of stuff. :)

Oh yeah, and still online car shopping in the meantime, and I think I like the Prius C!!!!! Never considered a hybrid, but after seeing how cute they look, how great of ratings the Prius' got on Consumer Reports every single year, the fuel savings, and the reasonable price with 0% financing, I am very interested in at least test driving one and researching them further..........

What do you guys think about hybrids like Prius?
