I think I'm going to get just the front weather tech wind deflectors for my Magnetic gray 2015 Access cab. What shade looks the best? Light or dark ? I'm leaning towards the dark.

Anybody got a pic with what I own with some dark ones? Thanks.

I like the look of the dark ones over the "smoke" color. The dark ones look better on any application in my opinion.

I know its not an access cab, but here are the dark color Weathertech in channels on on a taco.

Thanks for the pic. Those look very nice and I agree on the dark color. I like that.

Dark and buy the egr in channel visors cheaper than weather tech and just as good.

I was just looking at the EGR but I only wanted the fronts and Autoanything only sells the 4 for a double cab. I'm going to look elsewhere. Thanks

I bet these wind deflectors will also cut down on your window freezing at night when the temps. drop after a blowing snow or sleet. At least you will only have to clean the ice from 2 channels.

    I got the dark weathertechs

Just an FYI , they definitely widen the A pillar blind spot

Do you guys have any problem rolling up the window the last 1/2 inch or so? Will the in channel plastic scrape my window and scratch it over time?

on mine you can hear there's a ever so slight resistance on the window motor, nothing to be concerned over...

if my windows are filthy or I'm in the mud, i just don't put my windows down so i can avoid the scratching... they've been on for almost 3yrs now and the window looks like the day i bought the truck

edit: i also jam a wet cloth into the window channel up top when i clean the truck to get any crap out of there... but i used to clean them before i had the deflectors on too, so probably why i don't see any scratches whatsoever, cuz i'm ocd haha

Ok, I just bought the EGR fronts only for $42 . They are on sale at auto accessories garage with free shipping. Pretty good price I thought. I got the dark ones.
